Brado AI will need your W9 form prior to processing your first invoice. We pay invoices via ACH, so your banking information is also requested.

The forms will be downloaded as a zip file. Double click on the zip file in your Downloads folder.(If you have a Windows device, you will see a MACOSX folder that you can ignore.)
Open and complete the blank forms with your personal information.
“Save as” [lastname.firstname_W9 or ACH]
Use the Choose File function to attach and upload the completed forms.
Enter your name and email address in the fields provided.
Click SUBMIT.
